Events Manager Role

Salary - N/A (All expenses paid)
Location - London/ Remote
Start Date - November (TBC)
Duration - 1 Year 
Hours: Part Time/ Flexible 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist Director to ensure general maintenance of the venues and manage the setup for the events/rooms used.

  • Be able to source event collaboration opportunities

  • Oversee event experiences and act quickly to resolve problems

  • Plan events with attention to financial and time constraints

  • Work with Director to develop and monitor budgets to ensure revenue and expenses & liaise  with suppliers for the event

  • Work with the wider team to develop and monitor deadlines

  • Ensure the Health and Safety of all guests 

  • End-to-end management of virtual events

Requirements

​This role is suitable for students or recent graduates looking to develop their skills while working from home. You will need to have access to a computer, the internet, and have a comfortable space to work from.
